Skill + Love

Love for your neighbor is powerful on its own. Skill is powerful on its own. But when the two are combined, they become a force for real change.
Each person has been given abilities, experiences, and strengths for a reason. Some build, some teach, some organize, some lead, some listen, some create. When those skills are used in service of others, ordinary work becomes meaningful work.
Loving your neighbor doesn’t always look like charity. Sometimes it looks like using your skills to solve problems, create opportunities, teach others, build businesses, or strengthen communities.
Love becomes visible when it is expressed through what we are equipped to do.
